what we can say about these news?
Mmmmhhh...
Everyone knows DLive was built on the Steemit blockchain, but they built their own chain and coin and moved their app there.
Now the biggest youtuber, PewDiePie moved from YouTube to DLive.
Thousands will follow him.
A huge success for DLive.
Steemit?
Imagine what would have happened if DLive would be still on Steemit...
What's wrong?
It cannot be that everyone who wants to build an app can use our blockchain and leave it again when he wants.
Are there possibilities to pretend us, for example making contracts with app producers or something similar?
The big guys of Steemit should really think about that!
One can make mistakes, but one should learn from the mistakes.
We don't need hundreds of apps and 50% are shit, we need High Quality, Mainstream friendly apps!
What gives me big hope, yesterday I watched a video of @theycallmedan, he's is looking for high qualified Devs to build something similar like DLive on the Steemit blockchain.

You have a few things wrong here as from what I know Dlive did not make their own Blockchain but they moved to the LINO Blockchain which they had some part in making but not completely. Plus PewDiePie is not moving away from Youtube he is just expanding his Horizons.
Now that being said it is sad to see The world's leading Subscribed Youtuber not coming to the STEEM Blockchain. It also adds salt to the wound when it is Dlive that is reaping the benefits.
As for having hundreds of Apps you also have to consider that we don't always get Fine Crops from a SIngle Harvest. We get some Good ones some Medium ones and some Bad ones. It is upto us to differentiate between those and chhose wisely. Apps are kind of similar in this case once you differentiate the Good from the Bad the Bad ones will Die out and only the Good Apps will remain.
It's not official, but people talk they are involved in Lino blockchain.
Yes, it's right, the bad apps will die, the good ones stay.

I think the big news of PewDiePie joining Dlive is really interesting. I was away from steem when the whole drama with Dlive happened, but it's still here on the blockchain...
One thing that I was reminding myself of today was the fact that @rt-international has joined steem, and are steadily posting and accruing steem power.
It's true that PewDiePie is a flashy internet icon, and I think it's great that he's branching out to less "traditional" platforms, but it's not the end of the world for steem. Overall awareness and use of blockchain/crypto will help us all in the long run, and if someone as influential as him can sway an audience as large and young as his, that could reap very very big dividends in the future.
Yes, that RT joined Steemit are really great news!
And for sure it will not be the end of Steemit but today the STEEM price goes down over 6% until now, I could bet it has to do with the move of this guy to Dlike..
But I'm sure, better times will come
