Apart from you and the journalists it is obvious that a person that is heart sick and most probably under a blood thinning treatment like ASS is very vulnerable to stress and beatings. The stress raises the adrenaline levels which can make the heart quickly decompensate, and any internal (brain) damage can lead to fatal internal bleedings. So any attack for sure would strongly contribute to a HF. Of course none of those relationships were mentioned in the press.

Selbst wenn es "bei ihm jederzeit zu einem Herzinfarkt hätte kommen können", muss jeder nicht gehirngewaschene Mensch zu der Vermutung kommen, dass die Attacke ein Auslöser gewesen sein könnte. Ungebriefte Ärzte würden sich normalerweise hüten, bestimmte Todesursachen auszuschliessen, wenn sie sich nicht sicher sein können.

Es wäre ja unlogisch diesen Zusammenhang zwischen der Attacke und dem Herzinfarkt zu vermuten, das war bloß ein komischer Zufall ;)
