News about Romashka

Today Romashka feels more confident. She even began to make demands! This is good, because it means that she is not afraid and trusts us. Most of all she wants attention. Unfortunately, we had to isolate her, because she has venereal sarcoma, which can be contagious for other dogs. We will begin treatment for this disease after the tumors are removed.

When I was shooting her today, I thought that all abandoned dogs have such sad eyes. I really hope that in a few months, when she realizes that the bad period of her life is over, the expression of her eyes will be different.

She is a rather large dog. I am sure that gradually, when we overcome her illness, she will become a real beauty.
