Weekly Top 20 Domain Name Sales - Week 15
Week of 11/26/18 to 12/02/18
One 6 figure sale reported last week that grabs the top spot on the list at $112,000 USD. It's a short one too, a number/letter .com (NL.com). Not a bad way to start off the last month of the year. I don't imagine there will be a lot of big sales this month as we close out the year with the holidays and people have their focus (and money) spent on other things.
Anyway, here's the Top 20 Domain Name Sales for last week that have been recorded by namebio.com

Domains with History
Number 11 on the list (pacifiers.com) has a recorded sales history. It sold for $5,600 USD on June 13th, 2016 at NameJet. That makes this last weeks sale a gain of $4,400 dollars in just about 2 and half years!
Number 12 (goodadvice.com) has a sales history. The domain sold for $58,000 USD on September 3rd, 2014 at Uniregistry. This is a huge loss of $48,250.
About the Names
Today's list breaks down to 17 .com domains, 1 .de domain, 1 .co and 1 .org domain.
My favorites on the list are obviously the short .coms in the top two spots (1m.com and nzd.com) but after those two I really like goodadvice.com. I think that the previous owner had overpaid for it at $58,000 dollars but that doesn't stop it from being a great name. The recent price on this list is probably more in line with the domains actual value. As an investor, I would have wanted to get this name for less than 2k and sold it for at least 10k.
Also, I have to point out that I love seeing the .co sale on here. People often overlook or forget about .co but it's a great extension with value and good .co domains still sell for very high numbers!
