Is Dpoll actually 1 person 1 vote? If not what's the point of taking a Poll? Why not just ask the top 30 whales of the Steem Blockchain?

I forgot, Is this https://dpoll.xyz actually 1 person 1 vote? or are the polls decided by stake weighted votes meaning a whale with large steem stake can influence all the polls with 99%? or is it 1 person 1 vote meaning you have to go sign in with multiple accounts to skew the results, something so tedious I doubt many people would actually bother AND actually there IS no way to automate something like that because you will always need REAL steem accounts to make the votes NOT just some automatically generated email addresses like on any NON Blockchain Polling Site.You HAVE to use a Steem Account even if you want to try to cheat it is still going to be expensive because you have to have a large steem stake to create free accounts and even then they are limited, and if you have a large steem stake you have an interest in NOT cheating and maintaining steem's integrity for its price to stay high. And if you take the trouble to sign in to multiple steem accounts AND have the resources to Buy or create those many steem accounts then you may as well be given those votes, as there must be a good reason for you to cheat like that/.

This might actually be the future of Elections right here, and as the Steem DAC by @blocktrades and the @lukestokes @eosdac also unravels we will see how well this @dpoll service serves the Steem Blockchain.
