Which are the worst problems of women in your area?
Today is the International Women's Day, celebrated on March 8 every year. In some countries, a public holiday. In others like a memorial day and largely ignored elsewhere. (Wikipedia)
Women are living in very different situations in the World. In some parts, they are “almost equal” to men. At least on the surface. And in some countries women aren’t considered independent human beings, they are a property of their parents or husbands.

you know the problem with women much depends on economic, social and cultural backgrounds of each specific country. majority of the problems which you have mentioned are hot issues in most of the developing and underdeveloped nations.
In developed countries, too few children, career-life balance, value of future pensions, economic opression (wage gap) can be the problem.
For example, pensions: Many mothers was staying at gome in earlier decades, taking care of children. Only husbands working, this women have no pensions or only a minimum retirement sum now. Especially a big problem if they are divorced or widowed.
