If it is truly what the majority of people in the UK want, I certainly hope so, but there's been so much confusion and so much back and forth on this since the original vote that I'm not even sure what people want, or if people in the UK know what they want.
Certainly the attempts to come up with an exit strategy has met with enough resistance to create even more doubt, and so, who knows. Someone, obviously, is not happy with any of this, and my general distrust for government has me thinking something will keep the UK from leaving the EU until either the tide swings back enough to stop it, or something else happens.
That said, again, if that's what the people want, I sure hope it happens, so that the UK can get on with it.
