How many accounts have you claimed via RC?
Remember how the RC system allows you to claim free accounts on Steem? Instead of burning Steem, or invest them, for the new accounts, you use a regenerative resource.
It would appear that process has slowed down since HF20 went live. You can read more from @paulag. It could be the bear market, but there are definitely other factors at play.
Let's forget about new users for a bit and focus on existing Steemians.
How many accounts have you claimed since HF20?
I am not talking about tokens for claiming free accounts. I am asking for number of accounts you have created. It does not matter if it is for yourself, your friends, or random strangers.
If you are hoarding account creation tokens, you may let the community know as well.

Can't onboard users if you have no tokens. We all know we can't depend on STINC by this point.

None yet. But I have been thinking about the possibility. Not necessarily for other people to use, but for different kinds of accounts I could personally run, like one for a character, or maybe one for a business. I haven't quite walked through those steps though or finalized what content would be posted on each one, so I've yet to do any of it.
I already do what you are planning on. I kind of made them based on the dapps I would use. I want my main account to be more focused on the anti-abuse side of things.
After that, it will be hoarding tokens for next wave of incoming newbs.

It would be more but I have up my server where i could easily run the code to create a new account securely.
I've not seen another secure way to create them without own code, anyone?
If you don't know, then I am definitely not the person to ask. I just use Steem World to do those biddings.

I'd like to create some tokens myself, but I don't have enough RC I believe. I have, however, created a handful of accounts for myself and friends.

It's dynamic. I don't know the math, but I know it's been requiring me a bit more RC each claim.
I imagine you should be able to claim at least 2-3 tokens every 5 days or so with your SP under the current RC cost.

It's in the process. Some say in Q3, but we shall see.
