Seeing as I can't pay my bills through Steemit, I'm restarting my magazine.
It used to be called Escola Magazine but I'm re-branding it to L'Avis Magazine
Right now, I have an issue with funds and I'm trying to see if there are writer that would want to send in pieces without payment
