Do you carry any 'first aid kit' with you?

Yesterday I had an accident on the road. It was not that much serious and fortunately I didn't injured badly. But I came to realize how necessary it is to carry some first aid kits like bandaid and anti-septic with us.

I don't remember carrying any kind of first aid kits with myself.
