I don't know, but if I would be a security guard, then I would not bring out any visitor just because he/she is intently looking at someone else in the supermarket.
Go and ask the guards.
Maybe they will ask him/her (the intently looking person) the "Is there any problem?" question, but probably that is all.
If he/she is not making any incident, then the security guards will probably not bring him/her out.
