Do You Like The STEEM Monsters Name Change Into Splinterlands?
In an attempt to take part in other blockchain ecosystems @steemmonsters have partnered with a Tron block producer and they plan to transition into the new name.They are still functioning on STEEM. They just want the name to not sound biased towards only STEEM. Here is the announcement post.

From the start, I was always a bit weary on the fact that Steem was in the name. Seems like it would have made marketing quite tough.
