Gone Girl Observation: Sad Way To Find Her (Follow up Post)

This is a update to the post I made a few months back about how my colleague was dating this girl called Kate and then out of nowhere she disappeared without a trace.

Well, I now have an update from my colleague Steve and I still couldn’t believe whether this is true or not as it sounds too much like a T.V dramas.

Apparently Steve has found this lost girl again by accident, he had already lost track of her for a few months till the other day one of his mates Facebook photos popped up on his feed. The photo was taken at a wedding and his mate was a guest at this wedding, but guess who the bride is… Yep it was Kate the girl who disappeared.

He couldn’t believe it, so he called up his mate who was the groom's friend, to asked him about this wedding.

He found out that Kate and her new husband had been dating for more than 2 years, and the guy works as a life couch who travels around a bit to other countries, giving couching to companies as part of his job, and he would leave for months at a time.

So after getting some information Steve pieced it together, apparently during the time period when Steve was "dating" Kate, the dates matches with the timeline of when Kate's boyfriend was on a trip.

I asked Steve what he was going to do, and he said he doesn’t know, but at this stage what can he do? Kate is now married and if he were to tell the husband he would be breaking up this marriage.

I don’t know how much in love Steve was with Kate, but Steve is a strong person, I believe he will be ok.
