Today's dream: An unethical guy in a mind control company

There was this tall and skinny dude walking through the living room of a company party. He was white and had light brown hair. He seemed very unkempt, awkward and sweaty. He hadn't shaved for a few days, had a bit of acne and was in all the very image of oblivious awkwardness.

He seemed to be looking for something as he chatted with people as he walked. Then, he said "what do I say now?" and I noticed that he had an ear device. I also saw the person on the other side who was speaking to him, a man sitting in a dark room watching a screen, some sort of dating coach.

I couldn't hear what the man said, but this guy kept walking and was very frustrated because he hadn't had any success following the directions of the coach. Then, after a few minutes of randomly approaching people and being unsuccessful, he walked toward the door and noticed a 20-something-year-old girl with dark brown hair and glasses who was resting a couple meters near the door (half-sitting on the snack table).

He walked behind her and started giving her some sort of "neural" massage that immediately hypnotised her. Now he was half sitting on the table and she was in front of him as he spoke to her while touching her head and neck with his fingers. He obviously seemed to be an expert at this. He pointed toward the left and I saw the name of the company. I can't remember what the name was, but it was modern, ended in "um" and reminded me of futuristic technology.

Let's say it was called "digitum", and the logo looked similar to this image I found:

The logo was actually metallic silver on the wall, and there was light-blue light under the letters that illuminated the wall behind it as if it were the letter's shadow but made of light.

He said "digitum will soon develop mass control technology that will revolutionise the whole of society" or something of the like, and he said a few other things about how awesome the company was and about its future in technology. The girl was attentively listening to everything he said.

I was somewhere else now. I was with two people. One was a Mexican looking fat boy, who seemed to care for his image, and a small white boy that was friends with him but looked even younger. I don't know what happened, but the three of us were lying on the ground as if we had had an accident or had been sleeping in the middle of the front yard.

Everything was dark here. There was a dimly light that reminded me of moonlit nights, but we were under a tall roof. All the walls were grey, perhaps made of stone or concrete. Then, the first guy came in with the girl following him.

She, apparently oblivious to the previous conversation with him, asked us something like "what does Digitum do?" and the guy with him responded something like "we develop technologies so that everyone can save time". Then the fatty raised his hand and clarified "So that we can save time in the company! Don't spread misinformation!"

I don't know what this "saving time" thing meant, but I took it to be a euphemism of the mind control technologies they were developing. I don't remember much after this.

There was another part of the dream where I was sitting on a bed, hugging my legs, in a brown dimly lit room. The room's colour prevented me from seeing the colour of the dress I was wearing. It could have been white, grey or light blue. I had been kidnapped and was waiting to see what would happen to me.
