Dream Diary - 3/3/19
Morning Everyone,
I know it has been about 8 weeks since I last wrote about my dreams. It’s not that I haven’t been having them. The truth is I have been suffering really badly with anxiety. I keep feeling down and I just lack motivation with everything lately. I did have a dream last night and I feel like I am back in the position to start writing about my dreams again.
Sunday 3rd March 2019
My dream wasn’t a nice dream. It was more of a nightmare. I dreamed I was in a house with a man. I don’t know what time of day it was as all the curtains were closed and there was no sound of the outside world at all. I think it was night time as I wanted to go to bed. I kept walking into different rooms in the house, but this man kept following me. I started to feel uneasy and I felt like I was going to come to some form of harm. I decided not to make my way to bed, but to the front door so I could escape. I got to the front door but it was locked and then I felt the presence of the man behind me. I felt scared for my life! I knew he was going to kill me.
This was really horrible. I know this dream was to do with a programme I was watching last night. I was watching a documentary on Fred and Rose West. It was very interesting. I started to feel sleepy before the end of the programme and I stopped it with about 15 mins left. My dream really felt like I was one of his victims. It made me so scared. I woke up screaming and making funny sounds. I felt a hot pain raise from my feet up to my knees and the same pain from my shoulders down my arms. I didn’t want to go back to sleep after that, but I did and I woke up feeling fine.
