It was the eleventh STEEMGIGS #ulog show today and believe me it was amazing our esteemed @Surpassingoogle took time to detail what is really curated on steemit, the reason why it's curated and how it's being curated, the reason why some post seems to be on the trending page, even if it seems just a word, the reason while some users are having big support to their contents and all, it was amazing because I got to learn, and the first thing about this show is it's teaches, impacts, celebrates, it elevates and it entertains as well. I had the opportunity of meeting the amazing @dreemsteam who is full of live, and bursting with energy. But let's I forget I'm going in details of Terry's speech.

TERRY'S TALK.

Terry spoke on what it entailed to become a trender and the reason why they trend and the first thing was that people become trenders because they showed potential of success when they first arrived in the past, it may be that a person may just show forth signs that they're talented and can bring amazing quota to steemit, they may trend because of the faith that's being put by the community.

He also made mention that people tend to trend because of the unlimitedness of the behind the scene, a whole lot of process is involved as In the reason why people get curated and end up trending, now to me, it seems this also entails the unseeing things which are far even more beyond what people can comprehend, because this off the books details are hardly documentated or even seen.
Mentality is key, sometimes being a whale outside, even if you're a minnow, be a whale on the inside, sometimes the key to understanding and going for success is due to the winning spirit and mentality of a user no matter their steempower.

A voice or a video may also be valuable, because the condensers feel it carries values, a reportage, heard or spoken may hold a lot of value and that's why the condensers like Dlive and Dtube supports these type of contents, and most times, they end up trending.
A one sentence value may carry value because of it's timeliness, a Zappl post with a compressed information that carry a lot of details may be considered valuable.

A minnow may have influence on communites, sometimes it may be that they've just turned minnow, because they were once whales, don't look down on wallets, they influence may be paramount.
Sometimes a post value is not determined by it's payout, a trending post may not be better than a post that's not trending, sometimes value is more

If you get on steemit, you need to climb the ladder attend steemit's past school learn and study it. They're many scopes to how you can succeed on steemit, learning and walking the good footsteps is important.

AFTER TAK

It was all singing after the talk show, the beautiful @yidneth Hernandez well known in MSP graced with her powerful voice, most of her songs are dark, the kind that would be used in any Halloween movies, but it was a performance that would worth Grammy award. The diminutive singer had it coming, unprepared she blasted the microphone with her angelic voice and the rest was history I guess such performance hasn't been heard before and of course it shook the talk show everybody seemed dumbfounded. She ended up being the trending page for the night.

The After talk was like none other, but the next Saturday will certainly prouduce more.
