Sure, if you want. Watch out for Tushy too, he sends the scouts if they are worried about your army at all. Honestly I built my army kinda jankey last time and will probably hold off building again until I bump my safes up more. If he attacks you just remember you can move your troops away by attacking a "safe" target. Then he comes knocking to an empty house or a bunch of cheap hobos! :D
