Thanks for the info followed everything and got stuck when it told me I need bytes for the fee so I think that is like a gas fee and you cant use you future tokens so I guess I'll have to get some first

Yes Simply Go to the smart contracts of your selling future send all bytes from the contract back to your main wallet address not only byte . after 2-3 hours you cn send future back to your wallet
