Uneven with purpose

Strands ravel some pictureless euphoria,
here knowledge lets itself slip
into dreamless sleep pregnant with uncertainty.

Asymmetrical,
displeasing.

Honest flaws shine forth,
a foaming waterfall of joy and trauma
in stilted pixellation.

Features move in impossible directions
outside of the constraints of physicality.

Dimensionless, each eyelid flutter
an infinity of births into brick.

Bring me forth! I, nameless—
faceless – impotent – all-knowing
streaks down a transparent screen
turned mother-of-pearl by blindness.

In my blindness, peace.
In our impotence,
strength
to accept the jagged filaments
curling down a visionless plane.

The recording was perfect @d-pend. The bass is coming from your keyboard? It sounds beautiful.

Honestly this poem takes some time to sink in @d-pend. I have never seen the words "symmetrical" and "displeasing" used in the same sentence. I feel like reading a syntax error... but truth exists in this paradox.

Just as "I" came forth and became "mother of pearl by blindness" our inadequacies and shortcomings shine glory not just our success and strengths.

Don't worry I am not going to paste a Pearl Jam video here, just a few lines from Kipling.

If you can dream—and not make dreams your master;
If you can think—and not make thoughts your aim;
If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster
And treat those two impostors just the same...

You the man!!
