I bring a amazing soul enticing a sound track with full of cosmic energy which will make you wonder about world around you, most importantly world inside you.
It is believed by many sages and practicers that journey to know the world starts when you take first step towards inner self. It is not possible to attain knowledge of existentialism without know the JEEVA inside you.
There is lots of chaos in the world and stealing a minutes or two to just measure disorder around us is next to impossible. Reason for this is that we are not willing to take necessary steps to fix it. We leave it to the next convenient time which never comes. So lets not try to make resolution here because it will never workout you know this. Right! So don't ponder too much just find a comfortable place near by you. sit down and close your eyes.. then relax..and just focus on breathing. This is whole essence Buddhist Mediation. Just be aware of your true breath.
