Cuando salió la canción, la compañía Mattel los demandó por utilizar este nombre para el tema sin su consentimiento, violando su marca y convirtiéndola en un objeto sexual, asegurando que gracias a esa canción la reputación de la muñeca se vendría abajo. Lo extraño es que luego la compañía Mattel usó la canción para su campaña navideña de 2009.
