Fresh Vibe - For Summer! Tasty Breakbeats, Didgeridoo, Conscious Lyrics (SML Challenge S2:R10)
Oh yeah! Summer Vibes!!!!! So this is again, vastly different to what you normally hear from me. However, I am a creative artist and I am influenced by many different things this is just a different side of my expression. I love my Breaks!
This is a track I recorded with a live EDM band I was in, based on Lamma Island, (near Hong Kong) China, called 'Noisefloor.'
We would do 6 hour long epic gigs in Hong Kong and in parts of China.
And this tune got the dance floor slamming every time we played it!!
The band consisted of a live drummer (drumkit & Djembe), funk bass player, 2 DJs, and myself doing my multi-instrumental thing (Vocals, Didgeridoo, electric guitar). We got in a guest female vocalist for this recording.

Like a lost puppy swimming in a vast ocean,
Of feelings reeling from our past,

Noisefloor is the bomb! I really ate up the trumpet solo, shout to whoever did that. This whole package really is tight.

As usual with your stuff I love it!
I get easily bored with a "genre" (whatever that is!) so love hearing experimental or different styles from artists.
YEAH. Friggin epic gigs! And they were super energetic shows too, But we’d get into this zone and ride the wave.

Yeah, I’m not one of these stick to one genre for life people. I mean, I totally respect it whenever an artist has their niche and it’s actually a better way to succeed in music (or any business), but like you said, I would be bored staying on one level all the time, so experimentation is vital.
