Leaving PHX ~ Vices R Us

I am moving from Phoenix Arizona and trading the Desert Sand for Some Beach Sand back on Long Island. I'll be living in a Beach Bungalow running a Marina. Will be a nice change of pace and scenery. I won't miss Real Estate as I've grown tired of all of the semantics and drama associated with Real Estate Transactions. I've been an Agent since 2002 and many clients will be surprised to find out I have "Retired" from this business. Who knows, maybe I'll want to get back into it again in N.Y. I won't miss the Summer heat here either. It's already been in the 100's this week. I'll miss my neighbors and friends though. I've had to downsize a lot and have parted with many things. Lots of arrangements have had to be made and many hoops to be jumped through to coordinate the sale of my home. Once I land I'll start training immediately in my new position and have to get my new place settled. This month has been a bit stressful but can't wait to dip my feet in the Sand and Ocean once I land. Will be nice to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of Surf !

Anyway, this is a Melancholy Song I came up with to kind of wind down for today. The next few days will be hectic and I find making Music has really helped me stay Sane lately :)
