Let's See Decorations of Traditional Batak Ethnic Restaurants
This video is a little of the situation in one of the Batak restaurants in South Jakarta. This video is also a complement to the upcoming my restaurant review.
This restaurant is named "BONGA-BONGA". The Batak restaurant in Jakarta and served halal food, so that it can be enjoyed by Muslim communities, like me.
Batak ornaments with red and black colors dominate the building and also the design of the room. ULOS cloth that is identical with the Batak tribe community is used as a complement to the interior decoration.
Because of the halal concept, BONGA-BONGA RESTAURANT does not provide food containing pork, dogs, and blood fluids which are usually mixed in gravy food.
For those of you who are traveling in Jakarta, and you want to try authentic taste of Batak cuisine, BONGA-BONGA RESTAURANT is the right choice.
