    Thanks for you comment, but I’m afraid pizza isn’t only on thing ! This is my version of this speciality, many years I cook it like that (and I LOVE it !!!) Not the italian one for sure that I already tasted a lot ! (also the mozza is missing ;)
    I’m French, and for me Japanese too have the right to do croissant their own way ! Even if it’s not the French croissant !..
