2 Minutes with the Farmer: How to Assist a Cow in Labor (Pulling a Calf)!!!
Today on 2 Minutes with the Farmer we are going to show you real farm life. We had to pull a calf last night and caught most of it on video. Warning if you do not like this sort of thing you might want to pass on this video. Here on the farm there are times when you need to assist a cow in her birthing and this was one of the times. It worked out for the best and both mom and calf are doing great. I hope you enjoy!

You have to just watch her and see how she is progressing in labor. Every cow is different but you can generally tell when something is wrong. Comes from watching 100s of them give birth.
