How I delegate my power, I'm trying to get my friends to start using the platform so I'm gonna be delegating power to them once they start using it on a regular basis.

I can dig it. I’ve never stretched into that position for that long before, but my body probably needs is. I’d say I have pretty average flexibility. but my lower back and top of my hips feel like they just won’t release sometimes.

Yep I just realize that I have problems with my lower back too and I’m working on that everyday. Just start with whatever feels good for you 30 seconds -2 minutes longer you can hold it.
