At first your were just a bleeding heart nobody to city council.

Then they patted you on the head in admiration of your touching gumption.

Now they're coming face to face with your persistence.

They're struggling to ignore you. They're throwing fits at the thought of having to face reality.

Also sounds like Davis probably felt undermined as some lazy politician who doesn't care about anything. I kind of see his anger as a sign of sincerity.

You did right to respond during his speech even thought it was against the rules.

Maybe you could be a little more vocal about your visits to city council. Allow some of your Houston followers like myself the opportunity to show you support. There are a few events that I planned on attending but couldn't for one reason or another.

A running schedule of your visits would allow people to plan. Don't forget to make it a fun thing. Get together and talk in a coffee shop or restaurant, along with a visit to city council. I know you're good at this stuff, just a suggestion.

A least you had a reasonable talk after. It's clear probably realising you are hitting a point and he can deal with a viable argument to justify it. It's important to build bridges though and a great piece to show after too 💯🐒
