Wheeler, offense lead Mets past Marlins | Marlins-Mets Game Highlights 8/6/19

Zack Wheeler made his second start since not being traded at the trade deadline.

The Mets took on the Marlins and Wheeler was outstanding. He threw 8 shutout innings in leading the Met to their 5th straight victory.

Robert Gsellman pitched the 9th to preserve the shutout.

The offense was powered by a 3 run HR by Wilson Ramos and a solo shot by Pete Alonso. For Alonso, it was his 36th HR of the year.
