Jackalope is FREE!
No registration or fees to camp, vend, attend or enter. Jackalope is held on Historic Baca Family Property (Baca Meadows) surrounded by National Forest land.
Camping spots are first come first serve, and the forest is vast. The area is suitable for tents, car-camping and some RV's.
Porta potties are aquired– a different individual each year usually fronts the money, and donations are accepted to re-imburse them.
Jackalopes offer different goods and services and accept trade, silver, gold, and crypto currencies. Many people come to promote themselves as agorists.
Musicians and Speakers come to perform on stage in a spontaneous order fashion.
People cook food for trade/barter/exchange.
All artists, activists, musicians, cob/natural home builders, land patent specialists, agorists, people who are self sustainable and any other freedom loving person is welcome. The Jackalope Freedom Festival is a leave-me-alone-ist festival where liberty loving individuals come to be left alone to connect with each other. Jackalopes abide by the NAP (Non-aggression principle).
There is a
-Jackalope Hunt for the kids,
-a survival shelter competition, and hopefully this year a
-mesh network.
There are no luxury bathrooms or showers in the area. There is no water or electricity access. Bring your solar, generators or inverters if you need electricity! Humans are encouraged to bring things others traveling from far away might need access too. Any extra generators/toilet and shower equipment/cooking equipment etc. Oh and don't forget to bring yourself FOOD and WATER.
