Do you REALLY have what it takes to be self reliant?!

After a conversation with one of my kids, I feel that this is a good topic to get into.

Do you really have what it takes to be self reliant.

Most would say absolutely they do. I agree with many, but I am not so sure. There are many aspects to living a self reliant life. Whether it is homesteading, farming, bush craft, gardening etc.

Not every idea requires the same skills, but alot of skills carry over. It could be some mental clarity for planning, or grit and the ability to push through the tough times, or maybe even first aid.
