One Yeti's Perspective #334: Choosing To Share Our Life
As kids we are taught many things, and one is how to communicate and share. We are taught how to speak, how to feel, hiw to share our feelings. We are taught how to handle our emotions. In many cases even taught how to deal with extreme emotions.
As adults, no one is teaching us that we don't have to share our lives with everyone. We don't habe to give someone the power to effect us emotionally whether it is positive or negative.
We have a choice each day to choose who and how we let our lives be effected. We have the power to choose positive, and take power away from other people. There are 8 billion people on the planet, we don't have time to get emotional over a few.
