30 Day Yoga Journey!

I've done something a little spontaneous. Just like when I dreaded my hair, I've decided to commit to something new.

A 30 Day Yoga Journey!

It all began as a way for me to stay warmer this winter. If my blood could start flowing, and my muscles start working, then my body temperature would naturally be a little higher throughout the day. My theory anyway! Haha

I sat down to find something on YouTube, and that's when I found a 30 Day Yoga Journey by Yoga with Adriane. I watched the intro video and was hooked!

My first day was amazing. Not only was it good physically, but it inspired my spiritual journey as well!

For extra accountability (that word almost makes me want to spit lol) I decides to vlog about my time as well!

What I found to be amazing, is that you can be brand new or a Yogi of 20 years and this journey would still be great for you!

By the way, can you do me a favor? I'm trying to encourage my niece to learn to post and stuff, he already did a couple of posts here on Steemit, but you know how it is at the beginning. You think you can check and maybe give him an upvote in this post? He's really trying his best.

Haha yes, the things we do for family! I checked out his blog. It looks promising! The only problem is that he has a lot of pictures on there that look like he borrowed them from the internet. He needs to make sure they are free pictures to use from websites like pixabay.com, and then source them, which means add a direct link to them on his post. Once he gets that straightened out, I would love to give him some support! If you have any questions please let me know!

Oh! I didn't know that. It was me who actually told him that he could post pictures from anywhere, but I really didn't know. I'll be sure to take this into account for future posts (for both of us), thanks!

I think it is really cool that you are taking this challenge and you will keep us updated about your progress. I am definitely excited about your next episodes and what you can tell us from your experiences.
I normally meditate 20min in the morning and try to repeat it in the evening.
But to make yoga in the morning and meditation in the evening would fulfill my needs much more.. hmm thanks for the inspiration!

I will check when I will be able to change my habit to do yoga in the morning. It would be good for my health for sure. Your series will be a good motivation I think.

I almost missed this comment! So glad I checked my replies! Meditation is so good, and something I need to really consider doing more often. It would be amazing if you were able to do both yoga and meditate in one day!
