First of all thanks brother for the tips and yeah have to say that this is our body we should keep it well and healthy for the sake of us ;) while I do try to avoid as much junk food as possible and try to eat healthy foods. Like you said the difference is not known instantly but we can witness it after passing some period of time.

A good direction, on eating habits I might be the worst to be open. See, any meal that's cooked sounds perfect for me and I'll rush it down my esophagus into the main port (read stomach), until when it shows a fill-to-capacity.
On a lighter note, I maybe looking further into ways to better my eating habits, my main excuse just like the many us being - it's too expensive to have a healthy diet - lie.
I understand my friend @murathe... Home cooked meals are what I prefer as well... Because I know what's in what I am eating... Good for you...
