Overcompensating "True Value" With A better "Worth" To Monetary Or Diminishing Rewards

Value can never be repaid by Monetary reward because value has a certain kind of inelasticity because it's worth outlives the worth which value brings. In essence value can be a business idea, it can be a project without the backing of an angel investor and sometimes the beneficiaries of these ideas are CEOs and company owners who thrive as a result of the quality which their workers brings to the table. In this video I discuss about the need to pay value with something lasting, something that'll outlive the primary or secondary worth of money. Because this might prevent people from becoming entrepreneurs and keep enriching business owners and prevent massive innovations from self-preneurs
