In this episode of In the Kitchen with Matt I will show you how to make a Sweet Potato Pie. This recipe is easy to make, if I can do it you can do it. Sweet Potato Pies are great for Thanksgiving or Christmas, or any occasion. Let's get baking!

Ingredients:
1 large sweet potato 1lb (enough to make 2 cups)
1/2 cup of softened unsalted butter (115g)
1/2 cup of white granulated sugar (105g)
1/2 cup of light brown sugar (100g)
1/4 cup of whole milk or heavy cream (60ml)
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. of ground nutmeg (2g)
1/2 tsp. of ground cinnamon (2g)
2 tsp. of vanilla extract (In the video I made a mistake and said 2 Tablespoons :)) (10ml)
1 9inch piecrust
