[EP183] - Political rants by uber drivers

Hi everyone!
Hope you're all well!
Welcome to my video made exclusively for D.Tube.

I pretty much endured 35 minutes straight of being ranted at... mainly about gun control in America... but also how Democrats are trying to change the rules so people can get beaten up if they insult someone.

It was really hard to take, and there was barely any pause to ask questions... I tried to offer opposing opinions, but the dude pretty much talked over me.

I have noticed that people with hardcore opinions, about anything really, are terrible at listening and love to frame people with opposing views as idiots. A lot of what my driver said just simply wasn't true... but I'm sure he passionately rants several times a day anyway, misleading his captive audience and basically just making junk up.

He did make some interesting points, things I'd definitely like to research further, but a person's crediability goes out the window as soon as they say totally made up stuff with convinction.

What do you do in this situations?
