Families of Seven77 push ups, we are doing Seven77 push ups for many benefits: lubrication of joints, that is keeping our health, as we always do in @actifit. We are also striving for increasing our income and building Steem Power to be a able to do more activities in Steemit Block Chain.

Voice is also another exercise for the body, so those who talk or speak a lot exercise their body and keep them strong. Join me as I do my Seven Push up Challenge in words.
