The main raw material of Bozai Pudding is tapioca flour or sticky rice flour and cheng powder. It is famous for its smooth and delicious taste and rich taste. Bozai Pudding can be divided into two categories: Old-fashioned Bozai Pudding and Crystal Bozai Pudding. Old-fashioned Bozai Pudding has been more in the past, and now many of them are Crystal Bozai Pudding. Today is the recipe for the production of Crystal Bozai Pudding. Please refer to it:

Ingredients that need to be prepared:
1: tapioca powder (200 g); 2: Cheng powder (50 g); 3: honey bean (10 g); 4: white sugar (350-420 g); 5: cake model; 6: clear water (40-60ml).

Step:
1: Pour the cheng powder and tapioca powder into the bowl in a ratio of 1:4 and mix well (refer to the picture or video);
2: Then add some water to stir into the shape of the slurry (no need for too much water);
3: Then pour some water and sugar into the pot, use a small fire to melt the sugar into sugar water;
4: After the syrup is cooled, pour into the prepared slurry and stir evenly;
5: Add water to the pot boil,put into the cake mold, and then put honey beans in each cake mold;
6: Then pour the evenly mixed slurry into each cake mold, and then steam for about 10 minutes using a large fire;
7: Do not open the lid after steaming, it can be eaten after cooling for 5 minutes;

Note: 1: Please put the cheng powder and tapioca powder according to the proportion (please refer to step 1); 2: Do not add too much water when modulating the slurry; 3: Use a small fire when melting the sugar (please Refer to step 3); 4: The syrup after melting must be cooled and then added to the slurry for stirring; 5: The powder poured into the cake mold should not be too much, 80% is the most suitable; 6: After steaming, please Do not open the lid, it will take 5 minutes to cool, so the taste will be better.
