Kung Pao Chicken is a famous and delicious dish in the Beijing court cuisine. After many years of evolution and spread, it is now famous overseas. Ingredients that need to be prepared:
1: chicken breast (450-520 g); 2: cucumber (20-30 g); 3: carrot (20-30 g); 4: garlic (5-10 g); 5: green pepper (5- 8 g); 6: red pepper (5-10 g); 7: peanut (5-10 g); 8: salt (4-8 g); 9: chicken essence (8-13 g); 10: cooking wine (5 -10 ml); 11: soy sauce (5-7 ml); 12: white sugar (4-9 g); 13: corn starch (3-6 g); 14: eggs (1); 15: red oil chili Sauce (5-8 grams).

Step:
1: Cut from the middle of the chicken breast with a knife, then cut into 2 cm long strips with a knife, and finally cut the strip into small square shapes with a knife and wait for use (reference picture or video);
2: First add in the chicken: mix the salt and cooking wine, then add: egg white, corn starch and vegetable oil, continue to stir and marinate for 10-15 minutes (reference picture or video);
3: Pour in the bowl: cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar and some water, stir well, wait for use;
4: Then: cut the green pepper, red pepper, carrot and cucumber into a small square shape with a knife, then cut the garlic into a minced garlic with a knife;
5: Pour the vegetable oil into the pot and heat it up to 50%. Then add the peanuts and stir fry. After the color turns golden brown, remove the peanut skin and wait for use (the temperature of the vegetable oil should not be too high);
6: Pour the vegetable oil into the pot and heat it up to 70%. Pour in the marinated chicken pieces and stir fry for 3 minutes;
7: The vegetable oil in the pot does not need to be dumped, and then put into the chopped: minced garlic, red pepper, green pepper, carrot, cucumber and red pepper chili sauce, stir fry for 4-5 minutes;
8: Then pour the prepared sauce into the pot (refer to step 3) and some corn starch juice, stir fry for 1 minute, then pour in the chicken pieces and continue to stir fry for 3 minutes;
9: Finally, add chicken and fried peanuts and stir fry for 5 minutes;

Note: 1: Chicken breasts should be cleaned before use with water; 2: Chicken breasts should be cut into small square shapes, the shape should not be too large (refer to step 1); 3: How much can be placed according to the sauce Add your own preferences (listing is for reference only); 4: When using plant fried peanuts, be sure to use a small fire, otherwise the peanuts will be scorched, it will be very bad.
