Art of Living : An Important Life Lesson .
Hello Steemians..& Lovely Dtubers...
Few years ago, I attended a session of "Art of Living". This is an amazing community , who teaches the best way to lead a Happy Life. My first day lesson that I still remember is Expectation Reduces Joy. This is a secret taught in that session to enjoy a happier life.
If you ever give a deep review onto it then you would understand, how accurate the lesson is. I simply followed it in my life and enjoying worry free life....hope the video help you understand it much better.

I think you make a good point. Although there is the flip side where people have high expectations and to reach them they work like crazy. And end up acheiving those expectations.
But of course Life can throw curve balls and surprises so I get what you're saying.

Art of living is a wonderful community that impart some good insight in making your life happier..though I did not get much chance to participate but have heard a lot about it.....do check them out on internet.
