Let me break it to you gently, the 12 year figure is BS. Don't be offended, many people have been fooled by this. Being 'kind' to the planet, consuming organic and local etc is a completely different issue and it is being conflated with "man-made climate change". The video below provides an excellent breakdown of the CC issue - actually fascinating if you are open to having your belief systems challenged that is! It is meticulously researched and all sourced material and information can be found on the corbettreport website.
