Now the excitement of the IEO sell out is complete it’s time for the team to turn attention to the next phase of the roadmap, I’m sure it allows the team to consider new developers for the project and I expect that will happen quickly and rapidly.

I’m kinda passionate about what happens next for content creators who do tech reviews of products, what that might look like in it’s next generation, will we cover more detail instead of just sexy dolly shots and neon lighting, will we get into the nuts and bolts, where they came from, what’s the dust to dust ratio of the product, what’s the end game here, what’s the company story, like really drilling deep and supporting those people who are actively trying to a) make some money and b) build a product from passion.


Block-review was inspired by the notion of the second part of the plan for steemhunt, the idea for review hunt — makers buy into the hunt token ecosystem via the exchange (great idea steemhunt btw to create a stable coin in the process by having the activity be at the source of the transaction and in my mind show transaction activity) and ultimately pay out HUNT token to tech reviewers willing to give a review back on a product.

It’s not that I’m sick of the existing ‘tech reviewers’ but we need fresh blood, multi disciple, multi cultural, more diverse and distributed — how good could a v2 of a product be if 100 tech reviewers from around the world all did a review from their perspective and that was then distilled into one mega post from a brand based on the feedback — quick for the brand and easy to deal with and PAY those advocates with super fast crypto turn around times and keeping VALUE in that ecosystem, I kinda dig that.

I hope the video helps people outside of crypto take a look at STEEM/HUNT so they can make an informed decision about the future of brand advocacy and maybe look at alternatives to Adsense from google as a way to sustain the things they love to do — the world of brand advocacy would certainly be stronger if we worked together on it.
