flat bread making at least a few times a week, keep costs down, eggs, rice, whatever in the middle, today, breakfast egg wraps!
Like done in twenty minutes from scratch even with cooking the fluffy eggs, I’ve never really timed it but it’s interesting to me that we spend lots of time internally complaining how long something will take and it end up distracting your day that we don’t do it and cave in for ‘nipping out’ and picking a coffee and a breakfast sandwich or wrap up (when we are in that mood of course) instead of those healthy options like oats, honey and blueberries (that’s tomorrow’s brekky!)
Anyway, just wanted to share this video on dtube and youtube so that I could use the video for reactions as it’s a longer form piece and well I just wanted to show fellow geeks that it’s possible to make your own breakfast wraps and really drive that price down of your breakfast time spend.
Together with @dayleeo we were looking at ways with our insta pot to really drive down our costs on food if we buy bulk and we pretty much got it down to a super fine art on a weekly shop where we could still get healthy stuff in us and have date nights with sushi and such like all made together.

Whatever we make at home is always better and healthier than what we get from the shops. Even if it takes longer, our health should have priority.
