Yay, finally we have the ability to move and transfer our tokens and the team has been very smart about the way they are doing it too, great to see some power down style restrictions and I think this will go a long way in securing the stability of the tokens over time — I’m looking forward to exploring meta mask and hardware devices for storage of the HUNT tokens!

note I recommend hooking up a hardware wallet and securely storing them off your machine and use a separate machine/laptop to do any big transfers that you use for absolutely nothing else, keep that up to date too!

As you can see below @steemhunt has done a sublime job of styling and integration of the wallet, they are using meta mask a plugin for the browser which enables you have an ethereum wallet and makes moving tokens (erc-20) much easier, we have something similar for steem called keychain, both are great ways to store, exchange, send those tokens to other people or services.

The daybit exchange is not accepting deposits of the hunt token until the 15th but it does not mean that you can’t be prepared and ready to step through, signing up for daybit took minutes after receiving the sms auth, again please be super on top of your security/passwords and such like and make sure your browser is up to date and you have taken the best steps possibly to secure those tokens!

Pretty neat thou, I found out after I did the video that I could add the tokens in as custom into metamask and while they did not have the steemhunt graphic/logo I told the team in the hope that it get’s looked at and so you can search for the tokens easily — as long as you have that TX record, your tokens are in your wallet and under your control.
