Hey there my Steemit friends! In this Travel Pro Video Series we focus on specific places of interest for a given location. This may come in the form of parks, museums, beaches, cathedrals, and much more. Always an interesting series and always informative! Now come along with the Travel Pro and let's have a look around!
In this quick video we find ourselves in Bizarro World Odessa Ukraine. Well, it's not technically called that but this is what I started calling it as soon as I arrived. This is Evreiskaya Street also known as Develoutionary Descent.
As you will see this is a great place to film a horror movie, have a paintball shoot out, or film a hip-hop video. According to the locals this used to be the dumpiest street in Ukraine and still is! It was so not cared for, that it basically just fell apart. Artist came in and started layering with graffiti, and as mentioned, this place has actually been used as a backdrop to several Ukrainian music videos.
As I walked down this street I couldn't help but feel like I was in one of those Call of Duty first person shooter video games taking place in a bombed out city. Make not that no other street in the city looks anything like this, and in fact this street is surrounded by very nice streets with very modern buildings. But enough about that; now come along and let's have look around Bizarro World Odessa Ukraine!

Very interesting. Your comment about it possibly being rebuilt in a few years is an observant one. Generally urban real estate is too expensive to be abandoned like that, especially given that big glass building towering over it, the one you showed about 1:36
The other thing I noticed is the style of the graffiti, that style seems to be remarkably consistent all around the world. I suppose that's the effect of the internet.
