Install vlc player in Kali Linux

Vlc player is the most famous player for a computer we are easy to install in windows computer but Linux system not installing easily like a windows computer. So Today I am sharing about how to install vlc player in Kali Linux.

1st we need to update kali machine open the Linux terminal and type following command.

apt-get update (for update Kali Linux machine) and press enter after update kali machine type the command.
apt-get install vlc and press enter it will take time depending on your internet speed.

after finish installation, we can view in application menu but can't be open or use we need to some changes.
Open the terminal type following command.

hexeditor /usr/bin/vlc and press enter now press ctrl+w to open the search box and press enter and type geteuid and then press enter.

Press tab button and type getppid and save it (ctrl+x)

Now try to open vlc player and use it.
