#dtubesnap [Day 3] Lazy Saturday and the elevator 懒惰的周末和升高器材

Saturdays and Sundays are usually lazy. Especially when I did not go for a run in the morning, that means the whole day I will be lethargic. Dinner is Subway chicken slice wrap. After that, went home and introduce my "elevator". With the elevator, my push up will be more complete to ensure my palm cross behind my chest level. I will try to make some video tomorrow if I manage to go for a run early morning(provided there's no rain.

Saw @veenang does #dtubesnapplus, so I'm gonna borrow the idea from him. Thanks to @nathanmars initiated this activity and now I get to do my video with confident.
