A short time-lapse video of my core training. This is the light version and easy to copy for everyone at home. No excuses ;-)

Workout lasted 27 minutes. With the short dTube video I qualify for the @rmsbodybuilding challenge and the #dtubetimelapse of @hauptmann at the same time.
