for now i think i'm gonna post mostly on dlive because ipfs is just too slow.
Steempay is a webapp (although, there are like 4 different "steempay's" lol): I use https://steempay.com by @asbear as it's hands down the best one out there.
I hope and wish that soon you will get out of your tough times, and really good to know that you put efforts to educate two shopkeepers about the Steem and SBD and now they are accepting it as payment modes. And yes, the second option about posting the same post is really effective we put lot of efforts in it, so it's not an bad idea at all.
